Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the mobile games and related services provided by Dev.K Studio ("we", "us", "the Company"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Dev.K Studio ("the Company") and users regarding the use of mobile games and related services ("Services") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Services: All games, content, and value-added services provided by the Company through mobile devices.
  2. User: A member or non-member who uses the Services under these Terms.
  3. Member: A user who has completed registration in the manner prescribed by the Company.
  4. Account (GID): A unique identifier assigned by the Company for member identification and service use.
  5. Nickname: A combination of characters and numbers chosen by the member for use within the Services.
  6. Paid Services: In-game currency, items, content, and other goods provided by the Company for a fee.
  7. Posts: Symbols, text, audio, video, images, and other information posted by users while using the Services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These Terms become effective by being posted on the Service screen or otherwise communicated to users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
  3. When amending these Terms, the Company will announce the effective date and reasons for amendment alongside the current Terms at least 7 days before the effective date. Amendments unfavorable to users will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
  4. Users have the right to reject the amended Terms. If users do not express their objection by the effective date of the amendment, they are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Service Agreement)

  1. The service agreement is concluded when a user agrees to these Terms and completes the registration procedure prescribed by the Company.
  2. The Company may refuse acceptance or subsequently terminate the agreement for applications that fall under any of the following:
    • Children under 14 without legal guardian consent
    • Use of false identity or another person's identity
    • False information or omission of required information
    • Other violations attributable to the applicant

Article 5 (Privacy)

The Company strives to protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including PIPA. The collection and use of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Company Obligations)

  1. The Company will not engage in any acts prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public order, and will do its best to provide stable and continuous Services.
  2. The Company will maintain security systems to protect user personal information.
  3. The Company will promptly handle legitimate opinions or complaints submitted by users and notify them of the resolution.

Article 7 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must not engage in any of the following:
    • Submitting false information during registration or updates
    • Impersonating others
    • Altering information posted by the Company
    • Transmitting or posting information (such as programs) other than that designated by the Company
    • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
    • Defaming the Company or third parties, or interfering with their operations
    • Disclosing obscene or violent messages, audio, images, or other content contrary to public order on the Services
    • Using the Services through abnormal means (automation tools, macros, unauthorized clients, etc.)
    • Transferring, trading, or gifting characters, items, or in-game currency for cash or other consideration
    • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
    • Other unlawful or improper acts
  2. Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, usage guidelines, posted notices, and notifications from the Company.

Article 8 (Service Provision and Changes)

  1. The Company provides the following Services to users:
    • Mobile games and related content
    • Sale of paid items and in-game currency
    • Events, promotions, and marketing information
    • Other services developed by the Company or provided in partnership with other companies
  2. The Company may change all or part of the Services for operational or technical reasons to improve service quality.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend Services in the following cases:
    • Unavoidable circumstances such as equipment maintenance
    • Suspension of telecommunications services by a common carrier under the Telecommunications Business Act
    • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, national emergencies, or power outages
    • When normal service use is impaired due to excessive usage

Article 9 (Service Restrictions)

  1. If a user violates Article 7 (User Obligations), the Company may progressively restrict service use through warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
  2. The specific conditions and details of restrictions within this Article are governed by operational policies and individual service rules.
  3. Users may appeal restrictions imposed under this Article through procedures established by the Company.

Article 10 (Paid Services and Payments)

  1. Some of the Services may be provided for a fee.
  2. Payments for paid Services are processed through the payment systems of platform operators such as Google Play and the Apple App Store, and are subject to those platforms' terms.
  3. Users must enter accurate payment information. The Company is not liable for damages caused by errors in user-provided payment information.
  4. By using paid Services, users agree to the content, price, and payment terms.
  5. Payments by users under 14 require legal guardian consent. Payments made without such consent may be cancelled at the legal guardian's request.

Article 11 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)

  1. Users who purchase paid Services may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the payment date in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws.
  2. Withdrawal may be restricted in the following cases:
    • Content used or applied immediately upon payment
    • Content whose value is determined upon opening or activation
    • Partially used content (refundable for any divisible unused portion)
    • Other cases prescribed by law for transaction safety
  3. Refunds are processed according to the policies of the payment platform (Google Play, Apple App Store). Users may also contact our customer support directly.
  4. For payments by minors without legal guardian consent, the Company may cancel and refund such payments upon request from the minor or legal guardian.

Article 12 (User Content Management)

  1. Copyright in user-posted content remains with the posting user. However, the Company may use such content without separate permission and without compensation for the purposes of operating, displaying, transmitting, distributing, and promoting the Services.
  2. The Company may delete, move, or refuse to register user content without prior notice if it falls into any of the following:
    • Content that defames or damages the reputation of the Company, other users, or third parties
    • Content contrary to public order and morals
    • Content recognized as connected to criminal acts
    • Content infringing the rights of the Company or third parties, such as copyright
    • Other content violating applicable laws or Company rules

Article 13 (Intellectual Property)

  1. All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the games, content, trademarks, logos, graphics, music, videos, code, and other materials posted on the Services belong to the Company or the lawful rights holders.
  2. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise commercially use information obtained through the Services without the Company's prior consent, nor may they allow third parties to do so.
  3. Ownership of in-game assets such as accounts (GID), nicknames, items, and in-game currency belongs to the Company. Users have only limited rights related to service use.

Article 14 (Termination)

  1. Users may terminate the service agreement at any time through the in-service account deletion feature.
  2. Upon account deletion, all in-game assets (currency, items, etc.) held by the user are forfeited and non-refundable.
  3. The Company may terminate the service agreement if the user violates these Terms.

Article 15 (Liability and Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with free Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
  2. The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, suspension of telecommunications services by common carriers, or hacking.
  3. The Company is not liable for service usage disruptions caused by user fault.
  4. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between users and third parties arising in connection with the Services, and bears no responsibility for damages resulting from such disputes.

Article 16 (Dispute Resolution and Governing Law)

  1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. Disputes between the Company and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation. Failing such resolution, the matter shall be submitted to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms take effect on May 12, 2026.
