Account Deletion Request
You may request the deletion of your game account and associated personal data. This page is operated in accordance with Google Play's data deletion policy.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion through one of the following methods.
Method 1: Email Request (Currently Available)
- Send an email to: privacy@devkstudio.com
- Use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request - Include the following information in the email body:
- In-game nickname
- Platform (Android / iOS)
- Google account email used for sign-up (for verification)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- We will process your request after identity verification.
Method 2: In-Game Deletion Feature (Coming Soon)
We plan to add an in-game account deletion feature accessible via [Settings → Account → Delete Account]. This page will be updated upon implementation.
2. Processing Time
- Initial Response: Within 3 business days of receipt
- Full Processing: Within 30 days of the request
- Processing results will be notified via the requesting email.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Member identifier (GID)
- Nickname
- Game progress data (character, inventory, statistics)
- In-game mailbox contents
- Friend / guild lists (if applicable)
- Chat messages (if applicable)
- Game preferences and settings
- Access logs (except for items retained per the table below)
4. Data Retained for a Limited Period
The following information is retained for a limited period after deletion, as required by applicable laws.

Data exceeding the retention period will be destroyed immediately. Retained data is never used for marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than the stated legal compliance.
5. Important Notes
- Account deletion is irreversible. All in-game progress and owned assets (items, currency) will be permanently lost.
- Paid currency and items purchased via in-app purchase are non-refundable.
- If you re-access the game with the same Google account, you will start fresh as a new account.
- Deletion requests aimed at evading penalties for fraudulent activity may be denied.
6. Partial Data Deletion
If you wish to delete only part of your data (e.g., nickname change, specific activity records) without deleting the entire account, please contact us at the email below. We will support this within reasonable scope.
